Dr. Vishnu Raju Muppala

Absolutely horrible experience. He came in and didn't even introduce himself. Horrible bed side manners, aggressive and inpatient. This Dr. has a god complex. I had already done a chest x-ray at an urgent care, I came in and he ordered another chest x-ray with a CT Scan. I said could I just do a CT Scan as the CT Scan is more precise. He said no, you need to do both and we won't do the CT Scan if we don't need to but that wasn't honest as he told the nurse to do both. The nurse started with the CT Scan so obviously I wouldn't need a chest X-ray the CT scan would tell the Dr. everything he would need to know. This Dr wasn't happy that I opted out of the chest x-ray after received the CT scan. I had to wait an additional 3 hours just to be told the results are normal before being discharged during this time the Dr. never again spoke with me. I would've expected him to tell my results or at least to say bye. The nurse told me I could go home, I had questions and they were very short… with me and basically told me to continue the urgent care plan of treatment. When I asked for paper to write down answers to my questions they didn't give me paper/pencil and talked very quickly. The urgent care I previously went to told me to take an antibiotic when it wasn't needed which caused me to have dizzyness and other side effects. This Dr. didn't care enough to understand what I was on or to be a Dr. Some Doctors become Doctors to help people, while others do it for the money. I have a feeling that Dr. Vishnu is clearly the later. He was unable to give me the time of day. I hope I never see him again.
