Dr. Vishvanath Karande, MD

Dr. Karande is an excellent doctor who truly listens to his patients. Dr. Karande helped me to achieve my third child Maeve Anne who was a 7 year embryo transplant. She is now an extremely healthy 15 year old. My hat trick is off to Dr. Karande for taking into consideration my own personal research as to the newest procedures on IVF and hydrosalpinx. My husband and I wasted a lot of time, sweat and tears with 3 reproductive endocrinologists before we met the staff at InVia and Dr. Karande. With the former reproductive endocrinologysts my wife had 4 hysteroscopies, and one laparoscopy and the specialists missed two main conditions that could have been diagnosed from these surgeries. Karande and the embryologists, nurses, ultrasound technicians and lab technicians know what they're doing and communicate with each other. The past two clinics we had worked with had a very disconnected staff with nurses not talking to each other or the main physician. We were also never able to ask questions to the embryologist or the embryologist lab and this is not the case at this clinic. The clinic has a compassionate and knowledgeable staff, including this doctor.

InVia Fertility has one of the most responsive and knowledgeable staff in Illinois. They are a small clinic but they run very efficiently. Dr Karande is knowledgeable, we always got all our questions answered without delay and he’s also very responsive to patients even after hours using their portal messaging system. I always felt very appreciated in our consults with him or the nurses in the clinic staff.

Everyone was wonderful. My husband and I were always informed of all steps needed throughout our treatment. Very happy with being able to fulfill one of our biggest dreams.

Insensitive and arrogant

My husband and I had an incredible experience with InVia Fertility. Our doctor, Kr. Karande was sympathetic, thorough, and kind. He is an excellent listener, and he patiently explained all options to us. We are so lucky to have worked with him. Every employee at InVia Fertility made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were very flexible scheduling appointments around my work schedule. Also, the nurse always responded quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this practice.
