To Whom it may concern, my name is David and I wanted to take the time to let the powers to be know of the outstanding service I have consistently received from the crew at the Sav-on Pharmacy on East Valley Parkway, Escondido, Ca. Unfortunately, I suffer from chronic pain and early on my experience with other pharmacies was hit and miss and I was treated as just another person in the long line to be served. The process of filling my prescriptions took along time and was anxiety filled. And now, since the last couple years since I started using Sav-on on East Valley Parkway I have been able to have my prescriptions filled in a smooth, production like and efficient manner. Even the times when there has been an issue or questions with my insurance the issues have been rapidly resolved and my prescription was filled. And I especially want to point out the outstanding help from both Pharmacist Peter ( I think Peter's name is misspelled) and Pharmacy Technician Brenna who are always so… pleasant, helpful and go the extra mile to get the job done. Physically, my life is brutally hard at times and to know that when it comes time to have my monthly prescriptions filled that Sav-on "has my back" and if there is an issue with insurance it will be resolved and I can pick up my prescription and get back home. In this day and age when outstanding service my not be as prevalent as in the past I am so grateful that I can count on people like Peter and Brenna for the help I need. Thank you Sav-on @ Alberetson's 1509 East Valley Parkway. Your help is greatly appreciated and will always be remembered. Dave
