Dr. Vitali Aizin, MD

* This 1-star review is based on the doctor's scheduling dept. and not on the actual doctor. I'm very disappointed with this doctor's office (Dr. Vitali Aizin) and those responsible for scheduling. After receiving a referral and obtaining authorization from my insurance provider, on 10/14 I made an appointment with Dr. Aizin. During this telephone call with his Medical Assistant, I confirmed that my referral had been received and provided my insurance number/membership number as requested. On 10/22, the doctor's office unexpectedly called to cancel my appointment stating that the doctor was not "contracted" by my insurance provider group and would therefore have to cancel my scheduled appointment. How is it justified to cancel my appointment 9 days later, 2 days before my scheduled appointment, under the pretense that the doctor isn't contracted by my insurance provider group? My insurance coverage was already confirmed when I made the initial appointment on 10/14. It is… unprofessional to accept my referral, schedule my appointment, and then abruptly cancel. I've waited a long time to be able to schedule this time-sensitive appointment.

Dr Aizin, is truly the best doctor and he genuinely cares about pt care

Excellent Doctor very professional the only and BIG problem is his staff because in order to get somebody to take your call for an appointment is close to impossible

Dr. Aizin is one of the best cardiolgist I have every had. He looks at you, talks to you and not at you. and listens. So glad I found him.
