Dr. Vitaly Eugene Siomin, MD

I have had 3 surgeries with Dr.Siomin and thanks to him I am alive today! He is very knowledgeable with many years of experience and I can honestly say I trust him with my life! Thank you Dr.Siomin for saving my life!

He performed a 12 hour emergency surgery to fix major damage to my cervical spine, and that's after a 3 hour surgery 4 days earlier had failed. At the heart of the problem was malpractice from other doctors, who had missed an infection that had been growing in my cervical spine for 6 weeks. When the problem was finally correctly diagnosed, several doctors predicted I'd be paralyzed from the neck down. Some who saw me in the ER warned my wife that the damage was so extensive that she should make sure all of our affairs were in order. The optimistic doctors told her I that I'd be looking at significant paralysis for life. I survived the first surgery, but it revealed that there was more damage than had been anticipated. As I laid in a hospital bed paralyzed from the neck down, Dr. Siomin explained to me and my wife that the only chance I had of beating the worst outcomes was a 4 level anterior and posterior fusion. Even then, there were no guarantees. My brother is… a pathologist. He dropped everything and drove down 1000 miles when the gravity of my condition became clear. Dr. Siomin sat down with him and explained the entire situation and anticipated surgery to him in great detail. My brother was impressed. I spent the better part of 10 days knocked out recovering from two cervical spine surgeries. When I awoke from the second one - 10 days after the emergency part of this started - my brother explained to me that I owed by life and any chance I had of ever walking again to Dr. Siomin. That's the short version. I've got issues related to my major spinal injuries, but I am realizing a quality of life that far exceeds anything most of the medical experts that saw me predicted would be possible. I owe that to Dr. Siomin.

Dr Siomin did such a wonderful job with my cousin in a 5hr surgery. We were all very nervous and the whole family and his friends were here supporting him. Thank you thank you thank you!! You are awesomeee!!

Lo máximo como medico y persona

I had a surgery with Dr Siomin a week ago, and i couldn’t be more grateful to him and his team. Im very blessed because he was humbled and empathetic enough to schedule my surgery in such as short period of time due to the emergency that he anticipated and everything came out very successfully. He was very caring and humble thru all the process, for that he is an extraordinary man. Words Would never express the gratitude my family will forever have for him. I really hope that he can continue helping everyone thAt he is allowed to because in my case he definitely saved me but helped me see a new perspective in life. Thanks again dr siomin

Dr. Siomin is the best! I had a cranial resection. I had little after effects even though they were a possibility. I had complete confidence due to the way in which the information was presented to me, the patient. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Siomen saved my three year old sons life. In 2009 my son had a horrible brain fall from a significant height. He suffered a subdural bleed that caused shifting of the midline. Dr. Siomen responded to this call from Baptist at midnight and was operating within less than an hour of being called. At a time when every minute counted he responded promptly and is so very skilled in his field. Thank you Dr. Siomen we will forever remember you with gratitude. (Maybe you remember Matthew, when you removed his stitches days later he looked at you and said thank you.) Keep saving lives and making a difference!
