I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Dr. Vitra Gosine's office. I went in for a crucial appointment to address a nodule on my thyroid that was unexpectedly discovered in the emergency room. This issue has caused me a lot of anxiety, and I’ve been unable to sleep since the discovery. The appointment was very important to me, but it was completely mishandled by the office staff. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half, Kaitlyn, the office manager—who appeared to be very young and inexperienced—finally informed me that they had canceled my ultrasound appointment on their own without confirming with me first. I was left in the office with no explanation, and Dr. Gosine didn’t even take a moment to check in on me or apologize for the mistake. I was left feeling anxious, unheard, and uncared for. Getting time off work is difficult for me, and this office completely wasted my time. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No matter how… skilled Dr. Gosine might be (which I now doubt), the poor treatment I received makes it not worth it. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will never return to this office and cannot recommend it to anyone.

I work in the medical field, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! The front desk is a disaster, rude and unprofessional, and the doctor showed no concern or care and was talking over me the whole time. Please save your money and aggravation and stay away from this place.

All of the bad reviews are 100% accurate. Made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Had me wait in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Then a staff member tells me “Oh we don’t have your referral and you’re going to have to reschedule” After going back and forth they find all the required paperwork. Then the person says “oh she’s not usually up front she’s just helping out and doesn’t know” Get to finally see the DR and she rushes through for about 10 minutes and orders a repeat ultrasound at HER office. We get there a couple of weeks later and the office staff after having us wait for 45 minutes, tells us that they don’t take our insurance and they can’t see us. What?! The staff is rude and completely unorganized. The doctor is arrogant and completely none pathetic. I’m telling you. Stay away or you’ll be just as mad as I was.

I wish I never came to this doctor. She has an attitude problem that starts the minute you ask questions or call attention to one of her office staff’s many mistakes. She rushes you all the time and talks over you constantly. If she doesn’t like your questions or comments she won’t give you a chance to say anything at all. She is unprofessional, unhelpful and uncaring, reasons why I stopped going to her months ago... Best decision I ever made.

Word of warning be very careful with this “doctor” she claims only name brand meds are “standard of care” when you question her advice she threatens to fire you as a patient. According to her it’s “not her job to watch thyroid tissue grow” After 5 years cancer free her standard of care was to terminate remaining thyroid cells with Radiation??? Why fix what ain’t broke? That’s when the endocrinologist explained that it wasn’t her job to watch it grow. Five years after this I changed doctors immediately! Still have no cancer or signs of. Oh and changed my meds to one that ACTUALLY works. Beware of Doctors who think they have all the answers. Ask questions, lots of them! Don’t be afraid to disagree and ask more! I think it may have saved my life!

I would not trust anyone else with my care. Dr. Gosine is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what the issue is.

It was a pleassure to see such great, respectfull, professional help. Dr Gosine has been a blessing in that she controled my diabetis. My A1C was at 13 when I first met her and 6 months later it was at 7.4.

Brought my grandmother here to see Dr Gosine. She had been off medication for over 3 months, for an older elderly woman, THATS ALOT!! The DR didn’t want to put her on any medications until she brought weeks worth off finger sticks & bloodwork, OK understandable. Then it was OK now that you’ve done that we “recommend” you see this other type of DR, then another type of DR & another. To the point where she basically said if you don’t go see these other DRs I’m withholding any further medication from you & since you’re being defiant I think you need to find another DR. Ok, No Problem!! We will do exactly that. We don’t need to be berated by the DR & forced to see numerous unnecessary DRs. On our way out I ask for a copy of her records & they tell me it is $50!! WHAT A RIP-OFF!! It’s all about money in this office!! $50 for records, $50 if you miss an appointment, $25 for them to draw your blood, & $25 for some other exam they want you to do. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the other DRs… she was trying to send us to she was getting some sort of kick back from! If I could give them less then a 1 star rating I would!!
