If there was an option to give him a zero I would. This doctor is extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending. I went for a visit and he didn’t listen nor address any of my concerns and did absolutely nothing for me during my visit. As a matter of fact, when I tried to express my concerns he consistently tried to talk over me and when I called him out on it he became even more condescending. After asking him about test results of a procedure that was performed over 7 months ago he got up and left the room and never came back. It wasn’t until the nurse told us to come out of the room, I realized the visit was over.

Dr. Kaistha is a very good doctor if you can get pass the rude nurses. I needed to have an appointment to see Dr. Kaistha for my annual physical. I called and scheduled and appointment for a Friday at 11:45am. Something came up at my at work where my boss was going to be off so one of us need to on. I called on Wednesday at 10am to reschedule a new appointment. The nurse who pick up the phone was very upset that I wanted to change my appointment which is still 3 days early. I asked her if I could get another appointment for the following Friday at noon as well. She answered angrily by saying I can only get the last appoint at 12:40pm. I took the appointment and got there on time. I sat down and waited and waited and waited. I was not called until I decided to get up and leave. I went to the lab to get my test results which I will take to a different doctor and maybe I will get a better lock this time. But I am done with Dr. Kaistha's office. I cannot deal with rude nurses even though… the doctor is nice. I have to work so I can have my health insurance. So be ware, be prepare to wait hours to see the doctor wit the rude nurses.

The Best Doctor I've Ever Visted!!!

I have been through many, many doctors trying to locate one that would listen and take the time to make sure everything is well. Dr. Kaistha is a tester but he leaves no stone unturned.

Reason I chose this doctor was because of the reviews, BOY WAS I WRONG. I've had annual tests done, never had any issues. Dr. Kaistha had me do another test, when I called for my test results, the nurse and doctor refused to give me my results over the phone, instead wanted me to schedule an appointment just to read me my test results. When I informed the nurse I have a high deductible and would prefer not to come in just for test results. She told me she would call back but never did, after multiple calls to my doctor to try to get an answer on my results, the nurse finally was able to get him on after I refused to hang up. Dr. Kaistha got on the phone, was very rude and did not explain my test results and why he wanted me to come in, 30 second conversation which ended by "Talk to the nurse I'm busy right now". This is not a response you would expect from your doctor. After that conversation and understanding what kind of doctor I had, I immediately moved to another doctor who… actually CARES about his patients. Anytime you have a doctor who requires you to make an appointment to read you your test results is a sign of a doctor who puts money first and patients last.

He's, by far, the best, most caring, accurate Doctor I've ever had. He's never in a rush to get you out of his office. Sometimes the waiting time is long, but that's because he takes his time with each of his patients. I never mind waiting to see him. He's the best and probably one of the only doctors I trust.
