If you’re reading this review that means you have a serious health problem that requires knowledgeable help in a timely manner. Dr Ramarathnam and his staff will NOT provide you any of that and for your own safety STAY AWAY from his office! He is absolutely INCOMPETENT and NEGLIGENT! You would be lucky if you follow his “professional” advice and your condition wouldn’t worsen. My husband came to see him to be treated for RMSF. All this “doctor” did is to take him off INCOMPLETED round of antibiotics because google said 10 days should be enough which caused all severe symptoms to come back doubled and threw all his recovery progress in the trash! When we called his office to tell them that after “doctor’s” advice symptoms rapidly came back, they either would not return phone calls for 2 (!) days (remind you, this is Infectious Disease we’re talking about when time is crucial!) or tell the one and only thing - “measure your temperature” - when my husband never had any fever and there was… NO POINT in doing that at all! They didn’t care about other symptoms and him in general and when I couldn’t stand their incompetence seeing my husband condition worsening so fast got in a heated argument with his unprofessional nurse Christian (when I finally got a hold of her) regarding what is the whole purpose of torturing my husband by not giving him meds and worsening his sickness their response was “Doctor just wants to see what’s going to happen without doxycycline”….I can tell you what’s happening - he is feeling worse every hour and how much longer you’re going to wait till you’ll do what you supposed to do?!! After that, they finally agreed to put him back on doxi. But here is an apogee of the story – we told them that my husband cannot digest capsules and it MUST be either tablets or IV. Guess what? They filled out CAPSULES. That should tell they don’t listen to you and couldn’t care less about you! But they will make sure and start demanding to pay their bill even BEFORE they mail it to you. Moral of the story: AVOID THIS DOCTOR AND HIS OFFICE AS A PLAGUE and his doctor’s license should be revoked!
