I am a new patient with Dr. Jones. I have several specialists that I will need to include to coordinate care and am hopeful that Dr. Jones will be able to work with these specialists as needed, such as coordinating on blood tests/medications, etc. Enjoyed meeting Dr. Jones. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helped me understand details on my bloodwork and conditions with blood pressure/diabetes so that I am more informed of my condition and what I need to do to focus on prevention.

This doctor was knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner which is why my LAST visit with her was so disappointing. I had a severe chest cold that brought about severe complications with my asthma. I could barely breathe so I set an emergency appointment. I arrived on time for a Thurs afternoon appt and was not seen for a loooong time ( which is normal for this office). By the time they got to me the oxygen saturation level in my blood was dangerously low so they set up a breathing treatment. After completing the first, I was told I needed 2 more, but was told that since they were about to close in an hour that they would not accomodate me. The additional 2 treatments would only have taken an addtional 20-25 min tops, I would have been done in plenty of time before closing. They recommended that I finish up at an emergency room and that their office was not open again until Monday(she was closed Fridays and not available). MY ISSUE IS THAT SHE SENT ME AWAY KNOWING I WAS IN A… RESPIRATORY DISTRESS/CRISIS ALL BECAUSE IT WAS TIME FOR THEM TO LEAVE IN AN HOUR? I ENDED UP HAVING TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM THAT EVENING. That day she lost what was until then a loyal patient. If I had known this would happen, I would have gone to an emergency treatment center to begin with, I had to suffer longer and pay more money to be seen elsewhere. Not to mention it was a waste of my time.
