Dr. Vivian T Le, DDS

Don’t recommend. Customer service is terrible. I attempted to become a patient. Spent 20+ minutes, making an appointment, including asking many questions about policies, payment, paperwork. I was given a CONFIRMED appointment. NOT ONCE in that conversation was I ever told to be on the lookout for critical text messages. That these texts were so important that if I didn’t respond immediately, my appointment would be canceled. I was in a meeting most of the day & unable to check my phone. When I did check text messages, Dr. Le’s Smile Creator and send a message saying my appointment was canceled. When I called to explain I was told “ because you didn’t respond. We’ve already given your appointment to somebody else.” The young lady I spoke to admitted she had not said anything to me about the text messages in my initial call. I asked if they would undo the cancellation, but was told “I apologize, but we have a waiting list.” I’m not really sure what they means by their name “Smile… Creator” because their customer service and policies are far from that, and really quite unprofessional. Also I did ask if I could speak with Dr. Le, that was told “she never talks to the patients on the phone.” I don’t know if Dr. Le realizes this poor way of conducting business.
