Extremely rude. Doesn’t listen to patients complaints, instead interrupts you and speaks over you. Viewed my after visit notes and she misquoted me because she wasn’t listening. Denied my requests for certain tests to be done.

Doctor does not listen and blames the patient. She makes assumptions without looking at chart. Very unprofessional.

I was on the phone with her discussing my symptoms with her in an attempt to be seen. The call was disconnected - I’m not sure why it was disconnected. However, she never called me back. I called several times to no avail. She left me in distress. Poor patient care.

Dr Vivian Torio has been my doctor for many years. I always feel better and leave with more confidence in my health status after an appointment with her. She takes her time and asked many questions and encourages a partnership in ones health. I feel very fortunate to have a Doctor of her caliber in my corner.

Argumentative, unwilling to show any type of empathy, does not respond to patients emails. Reduces patients concerns/frustrations to personal attacks. Superiority complex which she refers to as being professional. Does not read file, instead chastises patient for health issues. Does not know how to de-escalate a situation, instead places blame on patient and accepts no responsibility for her conduct that created situation and infact escalates situation making it more hostile.

Dr Torio listens to me and then dispells my concerns usually with a diagnosis that is far less concerning than what I envisioned when I first came in.

I've never before been to an argumentative doctor. There was no effort on her part to listen to patient's symptoms.
