Dr. Vivien Nite-Dela Cruz, MD

Do NOT ever see this doctor. She is probably the worst doctor i've had the displeasure of meeting. She has no bedside manner..is dreadfully rude..and has no fondness for children. Why she became a pediatrician is beyond me! On top of that, she gave an incorrect startling diagnosis for my child and urged that it was of the utmost importance to go to the hospital! Do you have any idea the terror and exhaustion and trauma you have caused our family "doctor" delacruz??! Only to be discharged a few hours after with all test results as negative. She had absolutely no idea what she's doing..and her staff are even more incompetent.

Warning do not come to this office. The staff is great but the doctor is horrible she takes to long to see my kids I waited for one hour and a half just to be seen that's insane, and on top of that she is so rude, im definitely changing doctors.

Worst doctor ever! Do not go.

The front desk never answers phone, ad if they do they have such a hard time understanding whats being said. Dr. De la Cruz is nice.

Dr. Vivian is wonderful, her staff is bad. She has these 2 nurses & one is very shy, being shy is fine, but she has no manners, to call you, she taps her hand on the desk, she misplaces paper, when she calls you, I can barely hear her, she can't explain anything to you. Also, when I came in no one greets you. Its a nice location, nice office, poor staff, wonderful Dr.Too bad, I'm going to change my son's doctor again.& Dr. Vivian if you're reading this please, train your staff, or hire better, polite people.
