Doctor Vivien Lim is very sweet and kind. She knows her work very well and she takes the time to make the patient feel comfortable. I was very please and very glad that I found her. I had a previous doctor and doctor Vivien made phone calls to the other doctor and made the doctor transfer very easy. Doctor Vivien makes great decisions (previous doctor, recommended another procedure but Doctor Lim said 'no this one is better for you and safer' and she called my insurance and made it approved.} and she treated me very well. I have to give her 5 stars and recommend her to anyone. I was so grateful that I sent her a post card saying thank you! I really believe that Doctors like doctor Vivien Lim make a difference in the world. Thank You so much for everything Doctor!

I would recommend Dr. Lim to family and friends without reservation. I like that Dr. Lim is thorough in conducting her check up and discussing frankly her diagnosis with me. When prescribing medication, Dr. Lim listens and discusses any reservations I may have about it. I mostly appreciate that she has come to the office on her off day to take care of emergency situations I have had.

I am consulting her from Summer 2005. First seen her after several heart attacks including major attacks. My heart efficiency (E.,F. was 19%) at my 1st visit. With her treatment and dedicated care now it is 42%. My conditions vastly improved with better prognosis. She is very knowledgeable, intelligent, very professional and very patient-friendly, I am very comfortable to recommend her to any patient. She is a gift of god to the heart patients in the New York City and beyond.

A doctor that has all the time to discuss and explain the situation with her patient making sure you understand everything. She is one of a kind doctor that you seldom meet. I would recommend this doctor to any of my friends and colleagues.

I have been seen 3 or 4 different doctors regarding my injury and sickness around my neighborhood, and by far Dr. Lim is best doctor we found in the neighborhood. She is very patience with you when it comes to diagnosis review and even basic check ups. She responds very quickly for every questions and concerns that I have which I often communicate with her through sending email or leaving messages in her office. Over all great doctor, very friendly, and very helpful doctor.

Dr. Lim is quite personable. I felt immediately at ease, and by the end of our appointment, I knew I had made an excellent choice.She took time to explain anything I didn't understand ( which was much ) never having me feel I was a bother or ignorant. There is nothing condescending in her manner and any concern is addressed with respect and patience.She is definitely a Doctor that loves her work, and her patients care is foremost.
