She literally leaned against a wall and looked at my area of complaint (redness between eyebrows) from 5-6 feet away. She told me that it would need several very expensive laser treatments. She then proceeded to let me know my face would be horribly bruised for 3 weeks after each pass with the laser. It's as if she didn't want me as a patient at all. I saw her for maybe 5 minutes. Also, while I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice that she sent a patient out to buy $100's of skin care products from the office. She seems very money oriented.

She only saw me for like 10 minutes and was rushed to cut off some thing from my head and didn’t mention if she was going to biopsy it or anything. I’m fairly certain she didn’t get all of it or misdiagnosed me which sucks because I’ll have to have it done at a follow up appointment now. Very inconvenient, rude to my other doctor, doesn’t listen to her patients, overall just rude.

I’ve been seeing Dr Groysman for about 4 years. She’s intelligent and innovative with her medical treatments. However, she sometimes doesn’t spend much time with her patients and I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve waited over an hour to see her. She also has horrible bedside manner which makes it hard to come see her. I have had positive and negative interactions with her.

I’ve been to many dermatologists as I’ve moved around quite a bit. I’m so happy that I found Dr. Groysman when I moved to Birmingham. She listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable with the course of treatment. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

this was a very pleasant visit and she is very personable. my mom, who is very hard to please ...loved her! you can't find many doctors like her.
