He doesn't listen, offers no help. Worthless, avoid him at all cost

He may speak english but he doesn't understand it. Poor bedside manner, he infuriorates, sets off, instigates rather than work with a patient in the hospital setting. Had to fire him

I went to an emergency psychiatric office about a year ago, around 9pm, in seek of immediate attention as I was on the verge of a mental breakdown. I used to go to this office when I was younger and experienced great service. However, now that I am older, I waited about an hour and a half to see anyone and when I did, I saw Dr. Demidov. Within 10minutes (at most) I was told that I made too much money to go to that office for services and that my problems arenâ??t so severe. On top of that, he said that I can afford to go to a private practice because I had insurance and the income to do so. Well, last time I heard, no private practice is open at 9pm and really, I didnâ??t know where else to go to get help and this was always the place for me. I received a bill in the mail months later for $125. They said that I used an hour of his services. I donâ??t think so. After countless calls, I finally got a hold of someone and they â??negotiatedâ?? the price down to $70 because regardless of… what he told me, he took the 10minutes to see me, and I needed to pay for that service. Letâ??s not forget, the 10minutes to tell me that I made too much money, had insurance therefore couldnâ??t be helped there, and that my reasons for even getting anywhere close to a mental breakdown was nothing. Needless to say, I will never come here again. Had my mental state been where it was the hour before (when I was waiting in the lobby), I have no idea what I would have done after hearing that. Oh and for the record, I barely make enough in a month to go to a private practice. It may have been the insurance part that really bothered him.
