The doctors plan was to have the patient on a certain medication we were all in an agreement but the doctor went with another plan that was not discussed with the patient or the family members (since the patient was a minor at the time) The doctor was aware of the side effects the patient had with the medication in the past. The parents were made aware of the changes just in time to contact the doctor to inform him that this was not the plan we had talked about. Since we brought it to the doctors attention we are no longer allowed to be seen at this office due to HIS mistake. .

He is the best! I would recommend him to anyone.

Very knowledgeable but explains things at a normal persons level so you can understand what is happening and what you need to happen.

Told my nausea was nothing to do w/gastro, I have Gastroparesis. NO testing ever done.

I really liked Dr. Ferrer. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions without making me feel dumb. I would highly recommend him.

This doctor is caring and everything,but instead of making a appointment and having you come in and get your results he will tell you on the phone that you have cancer.Now how cruel is that.

I have a complicated and lengthy medical issues. Very hard to figure out whats the next right step. Dr Ferrer has been so honest and caring through it all and when the time came to tell me something no one wants to hear, that you have an experation date, his way didnot change. He did not hide it from me, as most docs I have , he was staightforward and caring. Which I am so grateful to him for. You can Not plan your future with out all the facts. I have known for a long time that that day was coming, and I am so very grateful it was from Dr Ferrer whom I trust and have total confidence in. Thank You Dr Ferrer. His staff is caring, and respectful. That helps a lot also.
