Dr. Vladimir Naum Khesin, MD

HORRIBLE! I was recommended by someone and so I called to make an appointment. The girl said yes, we are taking new patients and we have next Saturday and any other day after that. I told her the insurance I had and she said oh hold on. Then she came right back and said we are not excepting new patients. I told her the person who referred me has the same exact insurance that I have from the same job. She said I understand that but we're not taking new patients. I've then tell her you just told me you were taking new patients what happened? Don't you accept my insurance? She said yes we except your insurance. I then ask so why did you change and say you're not taking new patients? She says something like since you're questioning why I'm just gonna tell you that we're just not taking patients with your insurance (even though they except my insurance). This Dentist is on my health plan, and in-network, and by her own words they do except my insurance, yet when I asked why she changed her… mind about giving me an appointment she got a little nasty about it. UNBELIEVABLE! So, I MUST ASSUME that all they want is money and they don't feel my plan pays them enough. If that is the case, then remove your name from my plan website and stop saying you're accepting new patients. Going to the dentist is hard enough without having to deal with this. I'm already afraid of the dentist and Having to deal with this is so annoying. I can't with these people!!! If you are looking for a good dentist, find someone else. They seem to care about who pays the most!

Dr. Khesin has been my dentist for a few years and I couldn’t be happier. Every time I need to come in, everything is nice and easy: from reception to billing. I usually don’t have to wait more than 10-15 min. Dr. Khesin is patient and very accommodating. He would distract me with his funny jokes because I’m always so nervous. Very professional and would always explain you about a procedure. He is my favorite dentist!

He takes time with his patients and gives thorough explanations about procedures. Dr. Khesin is also sensitive to his patients needs and ask about their comfort level as he works.
