I met Dr. Lokshin a little over a year ago. With his help, I was able to lose 100 lbs and lowered my A1C so that my diabetes is not active anymore. Yes, I still watch my intake. Dr. Lokshin gave me the tools to succeed. The work is up to me! He gave me hope to regain my life back. I am able to do more activities that I wasn't able to do before. He listened to my concerns and issues that I had and together we came up with healthy decisions for me to try and it helped. I am glad Dr. Lokshin is part of my CARE TEAM!
