I have never felt uneasy. Dr Reeves always Make me feel confident that i will be well taken care of. And so far I have no complaints.

Dr Reeves has serviced both my husband and myself. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! We had no problem setting up the appointments. The service was prompt and information by each staff member involved was great. Each member had a pleasant bedside manner. Would definitely refer others to use their service!

Dr Reeves inquired about my medical conditions after I'd been triaged by the attending nurse. I like the fact that she came and spoke with us(me and my spouse) prior to me being administered any meds. She has good "bedside" manners and that's very important to me. Because I've crossed paths with qualified physicians with poor bedside manners

My ob-gyn’s office (Jackson Healthcare For Women) had my appointment with Dr. Reeves scheduled upon my turning 50! I appreciate the education received regarding the importance of both colon screening and the charting of genetic medical history Dr. Reeves office provides. The office staff was very professional with the handling of my appointment scheduling, phone followup reminders, screening questions and insurance preauthorization. The day of the procedure was handled professionally. . ., both pre and post procedure. After checkin, the charge nurse patiently asked and answered my questions and had an informative and calming beside manor. The anesthesiologist had a sense of humor; which made me feel less nervous and was sensitive to the precaution of my religious medial directive regarding non-blood medical management and my documented Healthcare Agents. Dr. Reeves reassurance pre procedure was comforting. Afterwards, I woke up in recovery, was offered assistance with dressing… and then was wheeled to my vehicle. I received my results and recommendations the same day! I appreciate everyones kindness during this sensitive procedure. Dr. Reeves, Thank you!
