Dr. Vonetta Charlene Lee, MD

This doctor and her staff is inconsistent, unprofessional and the wait time is absurdly ridiculous! The wait time in the room on average is well over and hour. I've been there numerous times and have always waited more than 45 mins in the room. Dr. Lee will change your medication on you will no prior notice even though you discuss a different treatment plan in person. Then when you call for a refill they take 2-4 weeks to contact you or call it in. Then the staff has a attitude problem as if your bothering them for a refill. The doctor will even catch a attitude when you address the concern of her staff and errors. They have gotten patience records mixed up with mine as well! I've had to call numerous times for follow up results and tests. It's ridiculous! I would not recommend Dr.Lee nor her staff. I fired her for mixing up notes and records. As well as improper medical treatment and assessments. I was hoping to find a good doctor but I was highly disappointed and disturbed.

My mothers doctor and now my doctor. Dr Lee and all of her staff treated my mother with the utmost respect and care. My mother was very difficult as a patient to say the least, but Dr Lee had a way of getting her to do what would help her recover sooner. While under Dr Lee's care, my mom went from needing help with everything to walking around without anything other than her two feet. I thank Dr Lee and the staff there for being so professional even when Mom wasn't . Best place in my opinion . I am now a patient there myself.

On my first visit, I waited 3 hours to see the doctor. Her staff is totally incompetent and ghetto.They act like you are just ruining their day because you came to the office. The nurses act like you are bothering them and do not make you feel welcomed or that you are in good hands. Absolutely no professionalism, empathy or class. The nurse failed to follow the Doctors instructions; I had to constantly remind them of the test that the Doctor ordered because they were so busy trying to push me out the door so that they could eat lunch. Needless to say, the staff is so rude, ignorant, unskilled, greedy and LAZY!!! No follow-ups on my test, condition or health. When I called for an appointment due to heart problems, they continue to refer me to the E.R. What good is a doctor that fails to treat a patient, refuses to see the patient and never follows up on your condition? This place is a JOKE. If you need a splinter removed from your finger or just a band aid, this is the place, but… if you have serious health conditions, find a doctor that cares. She's FIRED!!!!

Dr. does not work at Patriot Primary Care any more, unfortunately. She was the best Dr. I ever had as a type 1 diabetic. I could always depend on her information to me and her advice. She is VERY much missed by me.
