Worst Gyno vist I have ever had. Dr. Sylvester was cold and rude; she did not answer any of my questions, and rushed me out of her office very quickly. The wait was long and I spent less than 3 minutes face to face time with the doctor who did my pap smear (even though I made the appointment over a week ahead of time). She was a little rough when doing the wellness check up and did not tell me what she was going to do before doing it. She also did not adequately address any of my questions. I had a yeast and bacterial infection, so she said she would call in a prescription. She forgot to call it in and it had to leave like 5 messages with a nurse before the medicine was called into my pharmacy. Afterwords, I tried to call Dr. Sylvester bc I had a question about the medication, and I still could not get a hold of her. Its been 2 weeks and I left many messages and she did not return any of my calls. Worst doctor I have ever been to. So unprofessional and unconcerned about her patients. I… am not even sure how she is licensed.

She doesn't want to respond about my concerns and don't give the time that you expect in the visit. shows that she really doesn't care about the patients. I dont recommend her at all

The staff is very friendly and helpful and it's very easy to get an appointment. I usually didn't have to wait very long to get an appointment. However, Dr. Sylvestre is not very personable. She doesn't give off the warm personality you hope to see in an OB/GYN. While she seemed knowledgeable, the human connection was missing. The vibe that she gave off made me feel as if I was keeping her from doing something more important. After my second visit with her (4th with the practice), I decided to go elsewhere.
