I went there looking for help. The office staff is the worst. I have great insurance so it does not matter what you have. They are rude, they don't set your appointments like they say. I wonder if the doctor knows how his staff treat his people. Keep looking people move on....

I have never been treated so terrible in what is supposed to be a caring and professional environment in which after dealing with the office staff "Debbie" I will never return she was rude and disrespectful when I gave her my state insurance that I unfortunately have to use since my husband has been unemployed for over 2 years. she treated me like dirt on the ground and that she was better than me. I tried to get over it until I met "dr. Wally" who then seemed rushful and overwhelmed with 2 patients in the office..I will NEVER AGAIN RETURN. I will continue to commit my visits with Dr. Kanellakes at the Asthma and Allergy Clinic where the office staff is courteous and caring as they should be ..NOT THE REASON YOU ARE SO UPSET YOU ARE BEING CAUSED AN ASTHMA ATTACK FROM BEING SO HUMILIATED IN FRONT OTHERS.
