Du Vang plays games with new patients he doesn't want to treat! I was in excruciating pain with my hands and left shoulder when I seen Du Vang! He told me, he could MAIL me a compound cream for the pain and inflammation. I would receive it within a week or so. He could do some injections, in about a week or so...Lol. When I asked what I was supposed to do for, a week or so, I was told he would write Rx for gabapentin and flexril, which I already take for nerve and muscles issues. I was told, he could do some "genetic testing" to see how my liver metabolizes opiates, in a week or so...Lol. When I again questioned Du Vang, about my waiting, a week or so, He turned to his assistant, pointed at the computer and said, " just put in there, patient is refusing treatment" I was just there for "pain meds". Sure, I was there for medication management but, also because my HANDS, those things we use every day of our lives, jeez! My HANDS couldn't wait a 'week or so' because I need them...Lol. I… requested a letter from Du Vang, stating He couldn't do anything for me, for a week or so! Needless to say, I probably would've waited 'a week or so'.. Fast forward; I did see a very caring Dr who did x-rays on my hands. I have severe carpal tunnel, degenerative arthritis and bone spurs in my hands. I was referred to a orthopedic surgeon, splints put on both hands, given a Rx and treated with respect and compassion! Never give up and DO NOT let the bad apples ruin the good ones. Thank you!!!
