Dr. Haslam grew up in Logan, Utah where he received his Bachelors degree from Utah State University. He received his Doctorate of Dental
Medicine with honors from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1992. His passion for the science of orthodontics led him to invest two
more years of study and research at New York University, College of Dentistry where he completed his specialty training in orthodontics and
dento-facial orthopedics. Dr. Haslam is up to date on current concepts and new technologies of orthodontic treatment and facial esthetics.Â
He believes in a thorough diagnosis and treatment plan that is designed to create an efficient, tailor made approach for each individual patient
that walks through his door. Dr. Haslam has received extensive training in the treatment of patients with …severe skeletal problems that may
require growth modification appliances at a young age or surgical intervention later in life.Â
Dr. Haslam and his wife live in Philomath. They are parents of six children and are very active in community service. Dr. Haslam
enjoys snow and water skiing, tennis, gardening and is an avid fly fisherman. He’s a huge OSU BEAVERS fan and loves to support the
local schools and youth sports programs.
