Dr. Wade D Reynolds, DO

There are truly great doctors out there. Dr. Wade Reynolds is not one of them. I have wasted hundreds of dollars after several appointments with Dr. Reynolds only to receive zero help. After three appointments the piece of wisdom Dr. Reynolds offered was, "I only know a little bit about a lot of things. But you should probably go see someone who knows a lot about a few things". Every appointment I had with Dr. Reynolds he was rude and arrogant. When you speak, you can tell that Dr. Reynolds isn't listening. He is impatient and puts little to no care into treating his patients. At the end of every appointment I had with Dr. Reynolds I would still be asking him questions and he would proceed to walk out of the door. I wouldn't trust Dr. Reynolds with a stethoscope, let alone the health and well-being of your son or daughter. He goes to work everyday only to collect a paycheck. He should be ashamed of the quality of healthcare that he provides.

Accepting new patients and the ease of scheduling appointments isn’t a good thing at this practice! Staff, especially Lynn is rude. I often wondered why I was the only one in the waiting room and in and out in 15 minutes...now I see why! Patient care is not a priority at this practice. Basic care (sore throat or ear infection) is the only thing I would trust them treating me for at this practice, and that’s even a maybe! I was even called one time to discuss blood work results, but I hadn’t even had bloodwork done. The nurse said “ well, I’ll have to figure out who’s this is because it has your name on it” ?? I have even been called back to a room and when speaking to the nurse she asked me questions that made no sense to me about prior visits, and they had someone else’s chart, not even mine! When I go to the doctor I want to find the cause, not unnecessary medication thrown at you with no intent to find the root of the problem! Please stay away from here! (The only good thing I can… Say is Elizabeth up front has always been sweet to me, but that’s the only plus for this practice)

Very rude staff. Now I know why it was so easy to get into as they scared everyone off with the lack of respect and courtesy.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a physician who took the time to listen and help me with a care plan as I have medical issues that really need help with. Dr Reynolds has no problem seeing you in his office but in my opinion is just wanting to handle basic care and nothing above. I specifically chose a DO knowing they are trained to look at the entire body and make medical decisions based upon the information. Dr Reynolds is a nice man but if anyone has a true medical situation that needs to go somewhere else.
