Incompetent Front Desk and an office that does not care....keep moving on to the next!

Twice I tried to call for a refill for a prescription. The first time they refilled the wrong dosage- thank goodness I found this out because it is a specialty med and I would have had to pay for it. Second time I called the receptionist hung up on me twice before I could tell her that it was important to get out that prescription since it will take a while to process it! It seems my file does not have the changes that were made to my medication recorded! Lastly does he really need to squeeze my hands so hard to see if it hurts me?

I had to find a new arthritis dr since mine moved away. I'm glad I found Dr Toma. Hes kind, thorough, & explains things so that you understand what's going on. They have a Labcorp right inside his office! The girls in the office are always super nice. The waiting room is a little small, but so far, I haven't experienced any issues. I highly recommend them.

We are new to Dr. Toma. The attention we received is commendable. The examination was thorough and not rushed. He is a good listener and passionate.

As a healthcare professional myself I would recommend him to my family and friends. He has been kind, professional and incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me greatly in dealing with my disease . The staff is also friendly and efficient.

I moved out of state and was sad to leave Dr Toma. He listened to concerns, has great bedside manner , and is very compassionate .

Very knowledgeable and courteous. Staff extremely friendly and professional. The overall atmosphere in the office is pleasant and almost every time the waiting is less than 5 minutes. Most importantly, Dr. Toma takes the time to discuss your concerns.

Doctor has asked me to go for tests and X-rays and then he said that all these r not supporting diagnosis. So, i want to know that even having experience of so many years why he has not asked me to go for d right diagnosis at d first place.
