I went to this dentist for routine cleaning. The hygienists insisted on deep cleaning even I get my cleaning every six month and for 50 years no one has said that I need deep cleaning. I left without leaning and another dentist and hygienist said I do not need deep cleaning and cleaned my teeth. I suggest that if you have a foreign sounding name or look a foreigner stay away for this office.

Dr. Roumani has been my dentist for about two or three years now. He always takes his time to make sure that my concerns are addressed. His Dental Hygienist, Robin, also takes time to answer all my questions thoroughly, even when I add in dental concerns about my 96-year-old father. I feel confident in the care I receive from these two professionals. Last year I had to have a customized night-guard made. The fitting for this was uncomfortable, but the technician at Forward Dental - North Shore did a good job and dealt immediately with discomfort. This office is always very clean, and there is no mystery about what my costs will be, prior to any service.

The staff there is truly wonderful. I had crowns replaced and the procedure from start to finish has been a good one. I met the people who manufacture the crowns. They gave me a tour of the facility and answered my questions. Dr m. Raumoni is the greatest dentist I’ve ever had. I was nervous of the pain because of previous experience when the medication wore off during the procedure. Dr. Raumoni too extra care of me and gave me comfort. He made sure that my external gums were numb before applying the shots onto my gums. He took his time and corrected the previous dentist’s work. Even though I was only scheduled for two hours, he didn’t rush, he took his time to make sure that the procedure was done correctly. His assistant Salina was a pleasure to work with, she was fast and responded to the Dentist quickly. They have a great working relationship and respect for one another. Kim at the front desk was able to give me several payment options working within my insurance and budget.… Overall the experience was a great one. Thank you.
