Dr. Faye Musa-Popeney, DO

Set up an appointment for my 80 year old mom, who was in pain. On our way there the office calls and says, if I wasn't going to get there 30 minutes prior, not to even bother to come because the doctor had a doctors appointment of her own that she had to be at. I explained I would be on time but not 30 minutes ahead because I wasn't told I had to be early. The lady proceeded to tell me don't even bother to come because the Dr, will not be here, Unbelievable!! So wait your office sets a personal appointment at the same time we had our appointment, what kind of office is this?? One that puts their own needs before their patients. This is what you can expect from this office the unexpected! She proceeded to say your welcome to bring her in the morning.. My time and effort is just as valuable as yours! She did apologize, however that did not solve our appointment for that day. It just says a lot about this office and what you can expect from the get go !

Dr. Popeney prescribed a cholesterol medication that causes tachycardia to my mother who has had tachycardia for years. This left my mother with a sense of vertigo that lasted for more than 12 hours, nausea and cyanotic. Dr. Popeney has been well-informed of this condition my mom suffers from because I have been with my mom to the doctors office where she is complaining of her fast beating heart that causes her to be short of breath and have episodes of vertigo. I am HIGHLY upset, we could've lost my mom due to her negligence and poor prescription.

She listens and she knows medicine!

Dr. Faye Musa Pomponey is excellent. She is the kindest, caring, intelligent medical professional ever. I have going to her for years and would never change to anyone else. Excellent bedside manners. She never rushes you and takes her time with you. She is very personal. She is the perfect doctor. Dr. Pomponey has an excellent staff. They respond quickly to fax your information when needed, very prompt and the sweetest staff you can imagine.

I have been a patient of Dr. Popeney's since I was very young, now 31, I still go to her. She is the sweetest and kindest doctor I have ever met and is genuinely concerned about her patients.
