this Doctor showed me passion, care and integrity that is hard to come by nowadays. I had a complex case that I was desperate to get it operated on. he could have done it and I was willing to accept any outcome better than what I had. he respectfully refused and went out of his way to search for another doctor that can help me better. he even contacted this doctor that he never knew personally. and did not leave me out of his office until he made sure that I will be taken care of. all that and he didn't know that I am a doctor myself until the end of the visit. many doctors have the knowledge. but not so many have the integrity. trust me I am in the business for 32 years. I know.

The WORST. Terrible bedside manner, insurance is a total scam, Does not care at all about patients and tries to dismiss his poor ratings by saying I had the wrong doctor. RUN. I was desperate and in pain to have my galbladder out, had to beg to be tested which came back I needed surgery and he still tried to talk me out of it.

Always says we accept. All kinds of insurance then he transfer patients to collection. He is lier and dishonest guy

Recently, I accompanied my sister to an office visit with Wageeh Azer. To say the least, we will NOT be back. This doctor has no bedside manner and showed NO concern or compassion for my sister who just learned she had breast cancer. Never again.

Dr. Azer performed surgery on my husband. I have insurance and an HRA account to cover any balances after insurance company pays their portion. MD apparently never obtained prior authorization for the surgery from insurance company and bills me 1 year later for $1555. I called insurance company they told me eventhough he didn't obtain prior authorization to have him appeal and they would re-consider it to get him paid. I wrote Dr. Azer letters, copies of EOBs & insurance company letters asking him to appeal - as patient not responsible for balance as he is an IN NETWORK doc. He ignored them and sent us to a collection agency. Beware of this doctor, very small office and doesn't follow insurance company protocols or procedures then bills you for the entire amount. He is an IN NETWORK doc who has a contract with the insurance company, must follow protocols. He doesn't care if you have insurance will bill you.

When either we or a member of our family requires medical care it is often a very worrying time .I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for his wonderful care.Dr.Azer; He is not only very highly profession technique but his gentleness and sense of humor helped ease my wife's to get rid of the fear of the surgery and the pain as well .I'm really thanks full to know Dr.Azer .I Have been working for medical field for fifteen years ; I don't see many doctors like Dr.Azer.God bless him and keep him healthy to help his patients
