Dr. Waheeda Shaikh Hiller, MD

Dr Waheeda (Rossi) Hiller is greatly missed by many of us in Illinois. We have not found a doctor that treats you as an individual as she does.

I thought I had found the doctor I was looking for until last year. Dr Hiller was my PCP for 3 years. Last year, I needed to schedule a breast MRI which had to be approved by my insurance. I communicated with her each step of the way as we had some scheduling issues and the MRI approval had to be extended. Dr Hiller, "made" me come to her office (making herself late for her other patients) to literally scold me for not doing something I HAD DONE! My only mistake here was to believe that she had taken the time to read my message or talk to her assistant. She had to leave the exam room to get briefed by her assistant after I explained what was going on. She made the call in front of me to obtain the insurance extension, which literally took 10 min and charged me the visit! Needless to say, she completely lost my trust and respect. She made me feel like a cash register, telling me she "didn't go to school for "this"" and making it clear that her time was money and that mine was good to… waste. if you want a doctor who has your best interest at heart and takes the time to learn about her patients, I do not recommend her.

I've been fortunate to have a number of good Drs, surgeons, cardiologists, internists, and others. DR Hiller is the best ever. She is extremely smart, up to date on medical knowledge, and the warmest, most empathetic Dr. I've ever seen. She is a delight to visit always available and listens to my concerns. I highly recommend her.

Dr.Rossi was kind and compassionate. I have never had a doctor like her. She cared. Made me feel heard and attended to. It was a shame she had to move, but I wish her all the best with her future endeavors. I'd love to hear from her again. One of a kind person.

I have been seeing Dr. Rossi since she began her practice. She is the best doctor I have ever had. She is a very caring and kind person. She is the best.

Wonderful, caring, personable. Always gives her patients whatever time they need. Don't mind if she is running behind, as she is generous with her time for all patients. Great Doc!
