wonderful Doctor and staffs, do not understand why patient complaining. Great doctors are worth to wait,coz they take time for each of patient

I called them today,the front desk lady is extremely rude and give us the attitude like it is not their job to care or even treat patient properly. Never trust a clinic when its staff has no character nor humanity.

Josephine Lam is an excellent doctor that shows she cares about her patients. Visits are not rushed and she takes the time to educate and respond to all questions and concerns. I particularly like that she also weighs heavily on preventative care and made sure that I had all the tests and procedures completed for my age.

One of the best doctors that I've gone to thus far...Dr.Lam actually takes time to talk and answer questions.

I agree with all of you that her front desk are the worst, if a doctor allows her staffs being crazy, this doctor has a problem too. After seeing her 9 years, I'm out of that office FOR GOOD.

Dr. Lam is a pleasant and knowledgeable physician. Unfortunately those two holier than thou receptionists can drive patients away. The first problem with these two are they are LOUD and discuss patients private information so everyone in the office can hear. Angel is obnoxious two face at the reception office, she'll be nice to you on the phone but after she hangs up she'll bad mouth you in office for everyone to hear. Joyce is the bespectacled frog who is a know it all on paperwork, if she believes she is right, she won't listen to what the insurance providers tell her. If you want your medical bills to be unpaid by the medical insurance, leave it to Joyce. These two need to be more like a medical personnel rather than be like those loud chinese people that sell vegetables on the streets. Patients that read this review will agree with me 100%.

I found out some of the reviews are over reactions. Really not fare for Dr Lam and staffs. One dayï¼?my wife was very sick and had fever. I called the office and the girl told us to come in before 2Pm ï¼?she told us is flu season had many patients walk in as emergency visit.ï¼?I could tell she feels so bad for us could not give us an appointment. When we get there around 12pm . Just like the staff told ud so many patient were waiting. We had perpared bringing some crackers and water. Nobody would like to waitï¼?but sometimes you just have to look around and be fare.

not too thorough on my annual physical examine,didn't go through all the steps as my previous physician did,when I had my flu shot in her office,I didn't see the nurse changed to a new pair latex glove.

The most nice Doctor office I have ever been. Great Doctor and wonderful staff.

Dr. Lam is very nice, unfortuately, two of her receptions are very bad manner and evil that I never saw other doctor's office.I think that one of them who seems like mental problem. When I waited for waiting room, I just heard she blamed and meant some patient, or loudly laughed,or loudly pseak. This behavior almost damage her profile even though ahe is not ugly appearance.Generally, she is not quality of serving in doctor's office.
