Ignoring symptoms, ignoring patients and find out they are terminal and you could have helped? Horrible, you should not have a license.

Dr. Waleed Quatli is an excellent Doctor. Was reading some reviews and the opinions of some of these patients is the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. This Doctor takes the time and answers your questions with educated responses. He is 100% better than my Previous Doctor who retired.

I wouldn't wish dealing with this office staff or the telephone service they use upon my worst enemy! They do not care about their patients at all! It's impossible to reach anyone in the actual doctor's office. You have to go through a 3rd party and spend 45 minutes on hold, and you still cannot ever actually talk to someone in the actual office. The 3rd party will send them a message ...7 hours later. Rediculous! Just began looking for a new pcp who has nothing to do with UNITY, so backward. Extremely frustrating. If this were any other industry, they would have 0 customers and be out of business. I lost at least 4 hours of work today, trying to get a prescription refilled. Extremely annoyed and mad!

I was a patient of Dr. Sorrentino for 30+ years until he retired and Dr. Quwatli took over his practice. I have no confidence in Dr. Quwatli. Sometime I get the impression he does not know what he is doing. He seems to depend too much on his computer.

He is very compassionate and thorough . Takes his time to allow patients time for questions.

Very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Quwatli! Asks questions, spends plenty of time with me during my appt., I never feel "shorted" by time spent. Very through with examinations. Goes over all aspects of tests for me that he may have ordered. Professional, friendly and low key! I have never had a problem with the office staff. All are friendly!! I was a patient of Dr. Sorrentino's for years and he was terrific, but I am very happy with the care I now receive from Dr.Quwatli.
