The Dr is very nice and very professional, the staff of the Selma office however are horrible. They were rude to my 81 year old father and to me, and then when informed of dates we could not do procedures and the specific location that we wanted to have the procedure done.. they ignored my request, scheduled us for days we has NOT to be scheduled and at a different location. Hopefully the Thomasville office will be better.

No complaints about the doctor. However his staff is rude. They don't talk courteous to patients at all. They won't answer the telephone. They don't try to work patients in even when it's a emergency situation. He needs a new staff badly!

No complaints about the DR himself, but his office staff is very rude - with the exception of Mrs Vivian. Everyone in this town is aware of his staff, yet they still have a job, regardless of how badly they treat a patient. I know he has lost many patients, due to the way his office staff treats them.

Very unprofessional to make Alzheimer's and dementia patients wait for a minimum of 2-3 hours to be seen. Ridiculous! And you can forget trying to get someone to answer the phone!

getting staff to answer a call is like playing the slots in Vegas.

I went to Dr. Freij for sleep issues. After a couple of years, my condiiton worsened and he began increasing my dosage of a particular medication. When my condition did not improve, he added a "patch" . I started having narcoleptic type seizures before an emergency hospital visit. I went to another neurologist who diagnosed the seizures as a direct result of the high dosages that Dr. Freij recommended. I have severed my relationship with this doctor.
