Dr. Walter Kevin Britt, MD

I've been going to Dr. Britt for years. He's always taken time with me and asked me questions and actually believed what I was telling him unlike some Dr's. He also makes time just to ask about how things in my life are going. He truly does care about his patients.

The desk staff has messed up prescriptions that they were supposed to call in, or duplicated scripts. I was told i was not allowed to ask about more than 2 issues per visit, which sounds like they are in it for the money, and not the quality of service they should be providing. When I go for my yearly checkup I want ALL my issues addressed. Isn't that what this annual checkup is for?????

I've been going to this doctor since I was a baby but I wouldn't go to him now that I have options. The staff have no idea what they're doing, the receptionist is rude beyond belief, and the doctor is incompetent as they come. If you value your health don't go to Britt. Malpractice is the name of the game here and "you get what you pay for" says it all when you go to a doctor that's as cheap as he is unprofessional.

Dumped a lot of his long term patients. After being a patient for 17 years I had to find another doctor, reason is that he is downsizing. You may only ask one question per visit. You start out with him as a physician, then end up transferred to one of his nurse practitioners.
