Education
Walter Chinoy went to Rutgers University and graduated in 1970 with a BA in Biological Sciences, Summa Cum Laude. He was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's oldest academic honors fraternity. He attended the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, DMD, with honors. He was also a member of the Matthew Cryer Honor Society. He completed his general practice residency in 1975, at the United States Public Health Service Hospital in Staten Island, NY.
Military Service
Walter served in the military for a few years in the United States Public Health Service. From 1974-1975, he completed his residency at the USPHS, as mentioned above. From 1975-1976, he worked at the USPHS in Chicago, IL in the Outpatient Clinic.
Dental Practice
He has been in General Practice Dentistry since 1979.
