Do not waist your time with this practice. Just recently had surgery for an achillis rupture and had to schedule an appointment to get meds filled. I had to call them at 1:04 because I was scheduled at 1:15 and had not heard anything. Was asked for weight and blood pressure and explained to the lady that I will have to give last weight due to me not being able to o stand at this time. Also explained that I can give blood pressure but asked if I could not would it matter. She replied no. Got first link to verify link worked at 1:08pm. Waited till 1:33 pm when they finally called me back and stated I missed my appt because they failed to call me back and communicate that not having my weight and blood pressure was a problem. Wanted to reschedule me for the next day which makes no since because my condition. Will not change. Have been with this practice over 15 years and this is how they treat you. Would recommend you find a doctor that cares cause clearly this practice no longer does.

While Dr,. E is an outstanding physician with great bedside manner his staff is incompetent, uncaring, and rude. It is unfortunate that they are the first line to him and the reason for seeking medical attention elsewhere. The staff's behavior is consistent with other patients as I have heard conversations outside of the office regarding their experience with their doctor's office only to find out we had the same doctor.

He is an EXCELLENT DOCTOR! He was my family doctor for several years while I lived in Winston-Salem; My husband, children and me. He did a study once to help me lose weight. It was very successful!
