Office staff treated me like dirt, dr. Flesner was good though

Dr. Flesner has been my family doctor since 2005 when he had an office in Lehigh Acres. I continue to see him yearly and have referred him to others who have been equally impressed with his caring and professional manner. He is highly educated and in tune with current medical findings, changes, medicines and the like.

I personally feel that this Doctor was more interested in money than my health. The staff was very rude, it took a long time and alot of me calling to get the referral I needed and I was also told in ENGLISH that in order for me to get the referral I need that I have to see the Doc 2 more times in 3 months. I will NoT go back!

Money hungy sorry lame excuse for a doctor! Obama care sent this doctor right on the money train! I spent $95.00 for a referral that i NEVER GOT! However, I was forced to make 2 appointments that I did not need. I was told. In not so many words, if i did not make and keep these unneeded appointments, i would not get the referral i needed.

Dr. Flesner was recommended to me by a friend....and he has changed my health and my life.

Dr Flesner came highly recommended to me by a RA patient of his, however I can't seemed to get an appointment to confirm her opinion. Judy (the office manager) is terrible, very unprofessional and rude. After six calls in two days I was told they did not want me as a patient. First they stated new patience could not get in until the end of Feb. I replied Ill take it. Then she came back on the phone and said no new patience are being accepted, I replied it would have been nice for the office staff when I called two days prior to tell me that. Then she replied they did not want me as a patience per the office manager in which she would not get on the phone to explain. Dr Flesner, is this was my practice, I would pay more attention to what is going on in the front end of your business. I own 5 retail stores and never want one of my employees to make that type of a call on my behalf. FYI-read more reviews, the doctor is recommended but the staff is described as RUDE.
