Dr. Walter Duane Hinshaw, DO

I've given both a chance to reply to my phone and email messages about medications and next steps - no response. I guess they only care if you have an appt. Why do you have a nurseline and a patient portal? Going somewhere else to find a primary care provider that actually cares.

Very RUDE staff!

Tiffany aka, "office manager" has to be the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL person ever. She huffs & puffs & rolls her eyes at patients, snatches the credit card out of their hands when it's time to pay, has the worst attitude, a bully to other staff members. She does not deserve the title she has & shouldn't be working in a setting where she has to communicate with others. At all! Lacks people skills, customer service skills, she's a JOKE! Dr. Hinshaw really needs to find a better front office staff & a real manager!!

Very rude staff and was misdiagnosed. Was medicated and then hospitalized for wrong medications.

Great Doctor! Easy to communicate with! Been going for years with wonderful results. Walk-in approach so if you want to get in and out quick you have to be the first one in at opening time. Otherwise waits are about the same for doctors that utilize an appointment approach.
