Dr. Walter John Jung

The practice to collect and not run through the insurance is terrible. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. The procedure went well however it all felt like a money racket and not very caring or compassionate. Get the money and run.

Waited almost two hours and was told that he drives from Nashville. Front desk woman was not friendly and not helpful at all. Dr. Jung was extremely rude to me and my son. Had to pay for an estimate up front and have read in other reviews that if you over pay then they will not reimburse you. After the appointment today I believe that now. I have no idea how this office stays in business. We will never go back.

Never go here! My follow up visit I waited over an hour with others there for over an hour and a half. I paid for a follow up visit which I was never reimbursed along with a consultation fee when I never had a consultation. I called the office four or five times already and left a detailed message and a phone number . Not once was I called back but they keep sending me a 65$ bill when they owe me over 100 plus dollars. It's really sad the way this office tries to rob you. My claim was also filed under dental . I had to pay a substantial amount out of pocket. Horrible business that needs to be reported

i had my wisdom teeth removed. i had some pain afterward, much less than i thought, i was concern. So, I called his cell phone number that he gave me after surgery. To my surprise, he answered the phone. We talked for bout 10 minutes and he gave me some things to do that helped. I would recommend this doctor

Wish I would have looked up reviews beforehand. Left the office in tears. I've tolerated severe pain for the past few years with jaw joint/locking. Was hopeful going into appointment. Dr Jung was pushy in saying nothing was wrong, was too personal with questions about my lifestyle and stress management - almost as if he was questioning my ways - and disregarded that I was in pain. I was in tears as he asked me "what do you think is terrible?" Only for me to answer ..(isn't it obvious?) the pain I've been dealing with. His prescriptions consisted of daily neighborhood walks and pain pills on top of muscle relaxer. The consultation fee was also increased and extremely expensive due to it being a "specialty" consult. Have never felt so mistreated, but atleast I walked out with a patient perspective to keep in mind as I am a healthcare provider in my career as well.

Took my daughter to have her wisdom teeth pulled. When she went back one week later telling him the horrible PAIN she still in. He was rude and very cocky to her. telling her its because she been eating hard foods and she has now made it worse and its going to take longer to heal now. Well he don't know me well and I told him he's crazy and she cant hardly open her mouth to brush her teeth much less chew hard food. After him and I going back in forth and me telling him something's wrong. He calls in his nurse to flush out the holes when she did food and infection was coming out. well now he's trying to cover his butt now. All I have to say if you feel something's wrong and he's telling you its not . He's wrong because my daughter had an infection that she could have died from. This I will say he has a very caring staff that he can learn from by caring.

I went to see dr jung for a very serious infection. I called the office and explained the situation. The staff gave me an immediate appointment to see dr jung. When I met dr jung, I was very scared. He sat down with me and explained all that was going on with my face. He told me I was going to have to have surgery and what was going to happen. After the surgery , which went well, he spoke to my family and explained all the home care . He even gave them his cell number! On follow up everything was healing well and he was right on as to how the healing process was going to go. I was very happy with him andhis staff, I would recommend him to anyone who wants good doctor.

This doctor gets 0 stars in my book. He is the RUDEST doctor that I have ever met in my life. It was my 2nd visit to this doctor when he spoke to me in a tone that was very unprofessional. I didn't care if he had MD behind his name as he was not going to disrepect me. I also told him that he is supposed to be consulting me on what I need to do as a patient and not talk to me in a rude, upseting tone. I do NOT recommend anyone to see him as he doesn't care about his patients nor did he care that I left to go see another doctor. He walked out of the office, and stated he didn't have any next steps for me since he was upset that I decided to go and visit another doctor who was more professional and knew how to RESPECT people....something he obviously doesn't know how to do!! Please don't make the mistake of visiting this doctor because you will have the worst experience ever!!!
