MDlive scheduled me with this "doctor" for a skin consult. He said skin irritations could not be examined very well over the phone. I included all of this informaiton in my health history before I requested a Dr. After explaining that he could not help me he hung up the phone in my face. Very disappointed. A waist of money is what MDLIVE is

Dr Kucaba is very knowledgeable and spends time getting to know a little about you each time you go to him. He is to the point and doesn't order a lot of tests that you otherwise don't need. This means a lot to patients. He and his office definitely keep you on track for what IS needed though. Great doctor and staff!

dr kucaba is very good on implants,he works fast with little or no pain. he did 7 implants for me and if I ever need another I will return to his office

Dr Kucaba was extremely friendly and courteous. Long wait time waiting room may indicate short staff.
