This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever encountered, from the physicians to the staff. So my husband needed to be seen for this nasty abscess he has. He goes in & the physician came in to see him, never introduced himself, then told him he couldn’t save his tooth & pulled it. Didn’t even address his abscess. Also during this visit, the physician told him that he needed to go to the dentist more & my husband told him that he hadn’t had insurance until recently & the physician proceeded to say “our treatment isn’t that expensive, just quit buying so much stuff & you can afford it”. Clearly very unprofessional. Then I go to the pharmacy to pick up his prescription & was told since he wasn’t an established patient there so they couldn’t fill but the drs office should’ve called me & told me that so we could switch it but neither of us ever received a call. So I then called them & they said they would call it in now to the new pharmacy & this was around 2:30pm. I show up to… the pharmacy at 5:30pm & there is still no prescription. Called the office again & the woman who I spoke to was extremely unprofessional & asked if he could wait until tomorrow & I said no he just had a dental procedure so he needs his antibiotics so she put me on hold & called the dr who didn’t answer so I was told I’d get a call back when he responds. They have no regards of patient care.

I I just going to Dr Nagy did very well with my implants & dentures. He work was well. I am still going back to him.

I was a new patient so I got there about 15 minutes before my actual appt. time but still had to wait an additional 30 minutes. It was close to lunch time when I finally got in the chair for my cleaning and I felt like the hygienist was in a hurry to finish therefore I was disappointed in the cleaning that I received. At that time, he told me I had a cavity that was in a tooth I had a filling in so I came back to let him fill it. Bad decision! First of all it wasn't bothering me before he worked on it, but I think he drilled too close to the nerve so now I'm having some discomfort with it (hopefully it will pass). He busted my lip while he was filling the tooth and it took about three weeks for it to heal up. When I was leaving I paid my bill and they charged me $19.00 more that I actually should have paid. I will be calling to cancel the next cleaning I have scheduled and ask about my refund. They weren't interested in giving me a good cleaning just how much money they could… make off me. Also they wanted to do 20 x-rays ! I have never had a dentist take that many, so I said no just the bite-wing x-rays that I normally get will do (I guess 20 would have paid more that just 4??)
