Dr. Walter Kee Nahm, MD

Arrived at 11 as scheduled. 11:10 was ushered into exam room. 12:30 I came out to find out if I had been forgotten because not a single staff member had been into the room. I found a person at end of hallway who said I’d be next. I continued to wait alone in that exam room. Still no staff contact. Dr Nahm came into the room at 1:10. I told him I’d been in there alone for exactly 2 hours with no one checking in with me. He did not apologize or acknowledge his and his staffs lack of patient care or concerns. I will cancel the surgery appointment he scheduled. He is undependable and uncaring. Don’t go to Dr Nahm Read the Yelp reviews of his practice.

2 hour wait for a 1030am appointment...this office isn’t behind, they simply grossly over schedule and force their patients to wait. If you can choose to go elsewhere, do so. Everything from wait to doctor’s bed side manners is poor. Go elsewhere

While Dr Nam seems to be an excellent surgeon he is even better at attempting to maximize his income. Verry upset . over my experience

Today I had an appointment whit him at 2 pm ,but the nurse came at 3.23 to take me in the room. The the nurse told me to set down but when I saw the The chair was so dirty I could not set then I ask her I cannot set that’s older than her and they’re not ignore me finally the doctor to come in which is Dr.Nahm and like five seconds he didn’t listen to me that I supposed to tell him my problem my sickness that was the first was it I have been there and without anything he just left and his nurse give me medication appointment and whatever I didn’t see him again is that right ?

I was very disappointed in my experience, I will have to pay over $1000 just to fix the problem, bad surgery.

I've been going to Dr. Nahm for 4 years. I trusted that he would watch for skin cancer, but he didn't! I repeatedly told him that a sore wasn't healing. He'd freeze it and tell me to come back in 6 months. Next visit I'd tell him again "It doesn't go away." "It doesn't heal." He'd freeze it again, etc ... I finally went elsewhere. It was stage 2 squamous cell carcinoma. He's just running a nitrogen freeze factory - line them up in the treatment rooms, freeze them, send them home, collect the money. My last appointment was for 12:00 but they forgot me in the treatment room and went to lunch. It was after 1:30PM when they got back and the afternoon appointments were already showing up that they did a rushed visit with me.

Dr Nahm and staff are great! Fit me in and took care of my skin infection and provided quality follow up care. Have seen him for multiple skin cancer surgeries as well with a great outcome.

Having spent 34 years in law enforcement, and 34 years in the military (active reserves), I like to think I have a pretty good take on folks. I have been seeing dermatologists for years. I started seeing Dr. Nahm approximately 10 years ago on the recommendation of a friend. I can certainly live with any minor issues (30 minutes in waiting room, etc.). All I care about is the service the doctor provides. If you are looking for someone to sugarcoat your issues, he's not your guy. He cuts to the chase, gives you his recommendations, then "you" make the choice. How simple is that? If you don't ask questions (like most people), that's nobody's fault but yours. If youâ??re elderly, and a little hesitant to be inquisitive, bring a friend or relative that can help you. Dr. Nahm has done a fine job, I have no complaints.

He is the exact opposite of what you want as a doctor. Do not be fooled by his credentials. My mom had one of the worst experiences of her life, he blamed her, put her in harms way, and then double billed her.
