I'm very grateful to Dr. Trombley for treating me in urgent care. She is a great professional with a compassionate, respectful attitude who determined precisely what was causing my symptoms and prescribed just what I needed to heal.

Visited Dr.Trombley as part of urgent care for my kid. She was thorough, articulate, calm and friendly. She made us feel comfortable and explained everything clearly.

Dr. trombley spent a good amount of time with my issue. She did a thorough examination and gave me the option of getting further testing. She was great on getting back with me on a head cat scan. Everyone was kind during a difficult time in my day.

I am very impressed with the care and knowledge of Dr Trombley. I had a serious illness and she diagnosed it right away. I was treated with compassion and she explained my medical situation very well. I highly recommend Dr Trombley.

Went in yesterday to the carenow off of Preston and beltline with a high fever and had no wait time. I literally walked in gave them my info sat down started to fill out paperwork and got called. I did pre-sign in online just in case so that did make the process go faster. The office manager was super nice and took my vitals and I formation down. I'll also add that I was crying and very emotional from being in pain for a few days at that point so they seemed very caring. Dr. Trombley was very polite and professional answered all my questions. I even got a check up call the next morning and spoke to a nurse regarding specific concerns.

Very courteous for bedside manners. She spent extra time answering my questions. Her demeanor was open and helpful. I understand the demands she is under as far as patient load. Great job!
