Dr. Ward Carpenter is one of the best. His staff is very friendly and he takes the time to listen to any questions you might have doesn't rush to the next patient like other doctors I've had in the past and truly cares about your health care needs

im deeply upset with carpenters service his staff has released my blood work analysis that has exposed my personal information its been very upseting the kind of harrasment i have recived its an issue for me now i need help i need to gather every account

I was also a former patient of Dr. Shay, and I agree with the other reviewer who said Carpenter can't hold a candle to Shay. I found him a little icy, and he totally dropped the ball after my lab visit and never informed me of the results. I had to follow up with him. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

I was referred to Dr. Carpenter when Dr. Shay sold his practice. I found him to be sadly unable to 'hold a candle' to Dr. Shay' consistently excellent level of service.Dr. Carpenter was distant, uninterested and seemingly indifferent to my issues. I will never go back to him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Carpenter's for the last 6yrs or so. He's beyond kind and competent and he's the best Dr. I've ever seen in my life. Truly. I've never been treated with so much respect and understanding by a medical professional in my life - he's awesome.
