This man is a quack. I went to him in hopes of finding a doc in my area. I transferred records from previous 15 year with another Rheumatologist and he ordered bloodwork. Upon 2nd visit all he told me was I needed to lose a little weight (I am 5'2" and weigh 122 but only in last 6 months.....I was 108 up until 6 months ago)and exercise an hour a day. Now I was always a physical person and if I could exercise an hour I wouldn't be needing to see him. He refused to give any meds and did not have my new labs with him and tried to tell me they showed no problem. I have had to request my new labs in writing. I am a 47 year old woman who has suffered with both Fibromyalgia and an undifferentiated connective tissue disorder since I was 26 years old. I always took care of myself and only weighed 95 when I got sick and always exercise until I am really sick and cannot move. Then I have to have help. Problem with Medical Industry (and it is a money making industry) in USA is that the FDA and… enforcement has made docs afraid to give medication to people with chronic health problems. They treat us as though we were drug seekers when all we really want is to have a productive life.
