Dr. Warren Christopher Hancock, DO

My doctor retired. This guy replaced him. Without seeing me, he changed 2 of my 4 medications that i have taken for 30 years because he doesn't like prescribing them. Won't see him now.

Dr. Hancock is my children's doctor. He is knowledgeable, personal, and always very nice and professional. My children love seeing him at their appointments as well as his PA.

We really enjoy Dr Hancock. The office staff is appropriate on the phone , however they don't get the job done! We have called three days in a row, in addition to a call ten days ago, just to get a refill on a routine (not a narcotic) prescription. I dont know what their processes are but either they overbook and can't get all the work done or the processes are not in place to get the job done efficiently. Dr Hancock needs to seriously look at how his office staff and nurses are performing.

My family loves Dr.Hancock! I have seen him since he was a resident and plan on continuing as long as I am able. He is kind, he listens, he cares. Its so hard to find a doctor who not only listens but remembers what's wrong with you, why you were last there. when you have tons of health issues this is so important, nobody wants to explain their issues on every visit. He's also the only doctor who has ever personally called me for anything. I highly recommend him!!
