Dr. Warren Jay Waldow

Seems like an appt factory more than a care and concern medical practice. The practice makes me wonder if this particular practice realizes that they serve customers who pay them, though dollars are exchanged through monthly payments instead of a monetary exchange at the end of the visit.

Dr. Waldow is AMAZING and everyone in the practice is so kind and helpful with small children.

I would give Dr. Waldow's office zero stars if it was a choice. On a recent visit with my 10-year-old daughter, the hygienist called me into the office while they were seeing my daughter. The assistant told me the usual things, like my daughter should brush more often, use floss, and use a fluoride rinse. I told her I agreed with the first two suggestions but wasn't too keen on her using a rinse that contained a known poison and asked if there was any other alternative. She gave an example of a town in a more rural part of our region where the water is un-fluoridated and people there have "five times more cavities than here". REALLY? Five times? The assistant was clearly AWARE of my reluctance to use fluoride. Not five minutes later, my daughter comes out of the office and in the parking lot complains of a "strange taste, like rotten cherries", in her mouth. After speaking with the office as soon as we got home (my daughter promptly rinsed out her mouth) I found out that not 30 seconds… went by after our conversation, the assistant went ahead and swabbed my daughter's teeth with this disgusting and poisonous substance. I call that insensitive to customer's desires at best and malpractice at worst. Waldow lost us as customers, I will tell everyone I know about this, and perhaps even see him in court!
