Dr. Wasim Mahmud Chughtai, MD

I haven't been going to the doctor regularly for most of my life, but since I'm a senior now I thought I should start. I decided to go to Dr Chughtai because from his reviews he seemed to be a very good doctor, and specialized in internal medicine, and seemed to work well with senior patients. His office was also close, and he accepted Medicare which is very nice. Dr Chuchtai, his interns, and all the office staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable and professional. I did not feel rushed through the visit, and he was very patient in listening to my concerns and answers to some of his questions. He had even taken time to review my medical history, since he seemed familiar with it, and asked a couple of detailed questions about prior issues I have had. After a lengthy discussion, he started on his examination. He was very thorough, and stated exactly what he was going to do next before performing that part of the exam. Based on our conversation, and his… examination, he explained some bloodwork tests he would like to do to start off with. I was able to give blood samples right at the office. I felt extremely happy with my visit upon leaving, and felt assured that I was in good hands. Later that day, I started getting notifications of the blood work that was done, on a website portal. I had complete access to the results, and was able to communicate with Dr Chughtai and his staff via the online portal. The bloodwork revealed some surprising results, which I was unaware of. I've been a long time vegan, and many of the test results showed I was deficient in many areas, and my chemical balance was off on many items. Based on the results, Dr Chughtai and his interns wasted no time in contacting me for additional tests, and called me in some prescriptions. After only a couple of days of taking the subscriptions, I am already feeling better, and many of the issues I was having that I just took for granted of growing older, were diminishing slowly. Doctor Chughtai and his interns are only starting to investigate further results of the tests and determining other possible measures that need taken, which makes me extremely confident that I am in good hands. I don't think a patient of any age could ask for a better doctor and staff, and I'm sure all of his patients are as confident as I am in knowing they are int he best possible care with him and his staff.
