Had an 8:00am appt at Lakewood Endoscopy this morning and when I got on 1-70 from Evergreen, all three lanes Eastbound were at a standstill with emergency vehicles at Genesee. I was so worried that I would miss my appt after completing all that prep. Had to back up and go through Morrison. I did call office and when I arrived roughly 40 minutes late, I was greeted so warmly and calmly by everyone from front desk, to nurse Bonnie, to Erin and Maddie AND Dr. Lattimore. He continued the warm, relaxed mood during explanations and instructions. Two warm blankets cuddled around me and Erin, Maddie and the good Dr took very good care of my procedure. Sandie helped put in recovery and in just less than an hour I was on my way to a little breakfast and a nap. Thank you to all of you at Lakewood Endoscopy for your kind reception and professional, efficient experience. Warm regards, MPH
