Dr Wallace made serious mistakes with my health which put unbelievablel medical problems with my health glad I went to a good Dr

Dr. Wallace was on call at the hospital a few years ago when my mother was very ill. She took an instant liking to DR. Wallace and switched to have him as her DR. He treated her for several years and I must say he was the tops in my book. We were blessed enough to have her for at 2 years longer than he expected and with a good quality of life. Thank you Dr. Wallace.

It seemed as soon as we filled out the paperwork, we were being sent back to see Dr Wallace. Once back in the office, the nurse was very nice and caring and Dr Wallace wasn't far behind her. He has been extremely patient and caring with my mother. I highly trust this doctor.

My over all expierence with Dr. Wallace and his staff was aweful. When you call in for prescription refills it takes forever to get them filled even after calling 20 days in advance notice to let them know you will be needing it. Then because you give them that much time you would think that if you could not get a refill and they needed to see you that gave them enough advance notice to call you to set an appointment up. But they are aweful about that also. When the doctor did see me the one and only time I was there he did not seem to want to send me to a specialist to get conformation on what it was I had wrong with me he told me if the pain kept up to call back in a week and he would have the nurse fill a prescription. After trying to contact them to let them know the pain was still there after a week, it took them over a month to finally call me back with the promised prescription and to go over my lab results for my blood work from over a month before. When I got the medicine I… saw its primary function was to treat depression. Nobody took the time to tell me that they would be giving me something for depression to treat a pain in my stomach. I realize that some medicines are given for a multiple of reasons but would have appreciated someone to have told me this. Also didn't like the way he treated family memebers that had been going there for years. Is it professional to yawn at a patient and seem bored with them?
